APHID are an alternative band from Carlisle, blending shoegaze with the raw edge of post-hardcore. Their live history includes shows at The Brickyard and The Source in Carlisle, Carnegie Theatre in Workington and Tithe Barn in Carlisle. Their current catalogue comprises the 2025 singles “Cherub Rock”, “Where Am I” and “Aneurysm”. They are now writing original material and preparing to record with producer Jack Shirley at The Atomic Garden in Oakland, California, in October 2026.
